General Policies

Payment & Billing

Payment can be made by credit card, check or money order. Checks are made payable to "S.P.A.C.E." No cash is accepted by S.P.A.C.E office or by any teacher. A payment plan is available for students for service fee of $12 per term. The plan divides minimum over $350.00 tuition into 2 equal payments with the $12 service fee added to the each payment as $6.

Withdrawal / Refunds

Refunds will only be considered when the full tuition for a session has been paid. All requests for withdrawal must be made in writing to the S.P.A.C.E Directors and be approved before any refund or credit granted. Verbal requests from students, parents or faculty will not be accepted.

Missed Lessons / Cancellations

Make up Lesson for Music Program

  1. Students are charged for all lessons and classes for which they register including those missed through student absence. Notification of inability to attend a private lesson or class does not excuse for the lesson or class.

Dismissal

Southport Performing Arts Conservatory & Entertainment reserves the right to dismiss any student due to lack of interest or progress, frequent absence, behavioral problems, delinquency in payment of tuition and /or failure to abide by policies.
